Intercontinental At Doral Miami By Ihg Hotel

Everything was close by the airport the malls, resaturants , wal mart and it was even walking distances.

The property is clean; spotless rooms; exceptionally comfortable bed. Amazing and awesome food for breakfast. Fast check-in, parking onsite. No charge for concierge service, wake up service and ironing too.

The location offered was exceptionally nice near to the Nau Lounge as well as several restaurants. It also was next to business districts.

Nicely furnished rooms and quietness so close to the airport. Clubfloor at 5th floor guarantees privacy.

The pool area was very nice. Good location, close to airport.

The hotel staff was extremely rude. I have never experienced customer service from a hotel on such a poor level. No ice machines, cabs were not called when requested, ice & toilet paper were requested& front desk forgot & had to be re-quested. We had an issue with our booking when we arrived. We checked with the front desk & were told all was in order. The following day, the locks were changed on the room, without a phone call to us. We went & took care of the issue, went back up to the room & had been given room keys that didn't work for a second time.

Just a top selection for a quick weekend visit in Doral with great value for the money. Enjoyed a fantastic lunch buffet with unique dishes like crab legs and smoked salmon. Make sure to check out the lunch options!

Location is perfect, if you have a car, .. Free parking, close to some malls and dunkin donuts on the other side of the street..rooms are clean and a kingside bed where you'll get lost in..

Had an awesome group trip! The rooms were spacious and had a great TV. Quick WiFi helped us stay connected. We explored nearby places and enjoyed a night out at a local bar. Perfect for our plans to hit the Everglades and shop at Walmart. Housekeeping kept our room clean every day, and the on-site restaurants were fantastic!

Great service! Good establishment and most of all Great Service! Every single employee, from housekeeping and maintainance personnell to front dest and managers were great. Every one smiled and greeted you and really did their very best in every situation to make you feel great! This is a good hotel with Great Service! Although, I would not recommend it for families, romantic getaways or sport activity vaccations due to its location and general appearance. It suits best for the business traveller or for someone who have some appointment in this area of the town.

I had the most amazing experience ! The heated pool was perfect for lounging under the sun, and I loved that there were fun snacks available at the Club Lounge. Plus, the breakfast buffet was a delicious spread of both healthy options and comfort food-totally my vibe for a perfect start to the day!

i had a problem when a bought a movie one evening and the picture ''froze'' on the tv screen,so we couldn't watch the movie.I spoke to someone at the front desk and the problem could only be solved the next day,so we wouldn'be charged for the movie.I was still charged on my bill for the movie and when i went to the front desk,the deskclerk wasn't aware of that,nobody told him,and he wasn't very happy with me because i didn't want to pay for a movie i couldn't watch,he made me feel like i was lying and didn't want to pay,and i really did not appreciate that! also,the price i paid for the hotel and the price indicated at booking .com wasn't the same,very tricky!

The airport is very close to the airport, the rooms are very well appointed and the staff is exceptional...... and has some fun and funky jewelley in the gift shop for my wife and is just a short stroll from one of my favorite BBQ spots in Doral/Miami area!!! So we both win!

There isn't a thing that I didn't like.... it was fantastic value for the $
